Domenico’s laboratory is situated in locality Gallo of Grinzane Cavour, few miles away from the City of Alba and in the middle of the growing area of the Hazelnut of Piemonte.
Domenico has equipped his laboratory of all machineries and equipment in order to keep and guarantee the freshness and the good quality of the finished products.
With the same passion and determination his son Dario produces a limited range of pastries and delicious cookies where the hazelnut still remains the main ingredient.
